… and slow shutter speeds.
I’ve just been working on this virtual earthquake project when I noticed that the trees framed this shot quite nicely. So I grabbed a snap and then started playing around with slow shutter speeds. The result was pretty good.

Welcome to the new look Vector Eyes. Inspired by friends (some of whom are on the right) I’ve decided to take more of a blog approach to this here website of mine. So from bits of string, coloured paper (well mostly black paper) and glue, I have put together what you see here.
On the previous site I kind of held back on posting on the front page seeing as it acted as more of an update system. But with any luck, this will allow me to actually use the site as a blog. So expect frequent updates and I shall try to deliver.
The portfolio section should be updated in the next couple of days. It’s just that I hate working with thumbnails that it’s not ready yet. There are also a few kinks here and there on the site, but I’m planning on ironing them out over the next couple of days as well. It shouldn’t be too long until things are back on track as they should be.
Let the blog spammage commence!
I’ve been trying to take a lot of photos when I’m at gigs lately; I think I’m starting to build up quite a collection. A lot of the gigs are pretty low key, taking place in smaller venues. But I’ve got a few good images from much bigger gigs such as Iggy Pop when he peformed in Leeds during the summer. I’ve uploaded a fair few of them on to Flickr, so feel free to have a look.
