Creepy Crawlyz
Creepy Crawlyz is a childrens wildlife show developed for Rave on Air 2007 which focused on creatures found in the back garden. Alongside the show, I developed a website that gave children the oppertunity to find out more information, view and upload photos of various insects and creatures. In addition to this I developed a virtual garden which allowed children to explore the habitats of a variety of insects and learn new information about them.
For the website I created a clear layout that was in keeping with the Creepy Crawlyz branding, whilst making a bold navigation system that would allow children to explore the site with ease.
The virtual garden was built in Flash, and all the images and insects drawn in Photoshop. I used bold outlines and bright colours to create an insteresting yet simple application that was quick and easy to pick up and use.
