So Rave on Air 2008 is over. On the one hand I’m pleased; this project has been pretty tough and there’s been a lot of ups and downs. But then I guess that’s to be expected of any project, especially something that you’ve never done before. On the other hand it was great fun and a brilliant learning experience. It was something we’ve never done before, and it presented a great challenge. It’s opened my eyes to a lot of future possibilities and careers; it never hurts to branch out a little.

… and slow shutter speeds.
I’ve just been working on this virtual earthquake project when I noticed that the trees framed this shot quite nicely. So I grabbed a snap and then started playing around with slow shutter speeds. The result was pretty good.

Music Imagery
// 18 December, 2007
I’ve been trying to take a lot of photos when I’m at gigs lately; I think I’m starting to build up quite a collection. A lot of the gigs are pretty low key, taking place in smaller venues. But I’ve got a few good images from much bigger gigs such as Iggy Pop when he peformed in Leeds during the summer. I’ve uploaded a fair few of them on to Flickr, so feel free to have a look.
